Firematic charges sales tax on all items shipped to CA, CT, MA, and NY states. Other states may require us to charge sales tax if you are a reseller. If you are exempt from paying sales tax, check the box, and tax will be removed from your order grand total. If you do not have an existing account with us, you must provide proof of tax exemption within 24 hours of your order. Fax your documentation to: 631-924-5202. Please include your order number to expedite processing.
If we find that your tax exemption claim was in error, we will correct the total charges on your invoice. Be aware that orders will be delayed if the tax exemption claim was incorrect.

Truck Freight
This shopping cart only calculates UPS shipping charges. But UPS cannot deliver any individual item that weighs more than 150 pounds, or is longer than 108 inches. These large, heavy items must be shipped via truck freight. If all or part of your order contains such items, you will be billed separately for the added freight charges.
