Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. Within fifteen (15) days following receipt of acceptable merchandise, a credit will be applied to the same card used to purchase the merchandise

All returns must be in new, unused, untested condition, and returned to us prepaid in the original factory condition, including all packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Your returned item will be inspected prior to any refund. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15-20% for certain items.

The following items are NOT returnable: Special order items, custom products, clearance items, replacement bulbs, MSA gas detection equipment, and opened chemicals.

If you order an item, and then decide you do not want the item, it is your responsibility to return the purchase to us prepaid. Refusing delivery does not constitute a waiver of your responsibility, and the return shipping charges will be deducted from any refund.

If returned merchandise is not in original condition, it will be shipped back to you, and no credit will be issued.

Please carefully pack your returned items and ship them via UPS, FEDEX or USPS or any other trackable method. We recommend insurance in case of breakage. We cannot be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Do not tape or write anything on the item or the retail package. If the item is not in original resalable condition, you will be assessed a restocking fee.

All return items require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Please contact us to obtain authorization. Then, simply write the RGA number clearly on the outside of the box, and ship it to the Firematic address on the contact page. (do not ship returns to a product manufacturer) Inside the box, please include a note explaining your reason for the return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange. This will expedite resolution of your return. A copy of your original order will be helpful as well.
