The Galaxy Automated Test System is now available for Altair 4 and Altair 5 Multigas Detectors. The Galaxy is an automated recordkeeping and calibration system for MSA portable gas detection instruments. The Galaxy Automated Test System is an easy-to-use, versatile and durable test system that uses the latest technology to provide simple, reliable performance in a design that withstands the harshest of environments. The Galaxy Test System family of products also includes Solaris®, Orion®, and Sirius® Multigas Detectors, as well as Altair Single-Gas Detectors.

Stand-alone Galaxy Automated Test System units are easy to use, versatile, and require no computer, controller or network interface. All gas tubing and communication paths are pre-connected and internal. Pressure-demand regulator doesn’t waste calibration gas. Simply place your instrument in its test stand and close the door. Testing is performed automatically. This innovative, durable, reliable, and cost-effective system also offers optional charging capability, replaceable battery pack, and standard web browser accessibility for data retrieval and reporting.
